Client Travel Desk Executive

Role Overview

The Client Travel Desk Executive will serve as the on-site representative of REGO, ensuring smooth execution of daily car rental operations at the client’s location. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, operational efficiency, and a proactive approach to delivering superior client service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Site Representation

  • Act as the primary point of contact for REGO at the client location.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.

 

2. Daily Operations Management

  • Manage reservations and allocate vehicles as per requirements.

  • Track and monitor vehicle movements to ensure timely reporting and delivery.

  • Coordinate effectively with:
    a) Client admin teams
    b) REGO backend operations team
    c) Pan-India REGO network
    d) External vendors and partners

3. Escalation Management

  • Address operational issues and client escalations promptly.

  • Ensure proper documentation and closure of all escalations with timely follow-up.

 

4. Business Support & Growth

  • Assist in ongoing business operations and explore opportunities to enhance service offerings.

  • Maintain high standards of service quality to ensure client satisfaction.

 

5. Reporting & Payment Coordination

  • Prepare and submit accurate MIS (Management Information System) reports regularly.

  • Follow up on pending client payments and ensure timely collections.

 

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

  • Prior experience in travel desk operations or car rental industry preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external vendors efficiently.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

  • Willingness to work with flexible timelines and dynamic requirements.
