HR – Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Retention

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional (5–7 years) to lead Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Employee Retention across our expanding operations. This role is central to identifying the right talent, evaluating cultural fitment, shaping onboarding experiences, and supporting a performance-driven culture.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage hiring across Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing

  • Understand job-role expectations and identify candidate competency match

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment cycles — sourcing, assessment & selection

  • Evaluate candidates on skills, experience, behaviour & cultural fit

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements

 

Onboarding & Integration

  • Plan and execute seamless induction & onboarding processes

  • Introduce candidates to Rego’s vision, culture and growth roadmap

  • Ensure compliance, documentation and HR hygiene

  • Facilitate a strong “first 90 days” assimilation experience

 

Engagement & Retention

  • Support employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms

  • Resolve HR queries, maintain records & ensure people governance

  • Work closely with business heads to strengthen retention practices

  • Promote Rego’s values of Reliability, Integrity, and Simplicity

 

Desired Profile

  • 5–7 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition & People Processes

  • Strong understanding of competency mapping & cultural fit

  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in service-sector organisations preferred

  • High ownership, professional maturity & ability to work in fast-paced environments
