Reservation Executive

Role Description

​​

As a Car Rental Reservation Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating car rental reservations for customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with their rental needs, providing information, and ensuring a seamless reservation process. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Only Male candidates preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree, same industry agents are preferred.

  • Excellent communication English, Hindi and local language.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reservation management.

  • Familiarity with reservation systems and strong computer skills with minimum 3-4 years’ experience in the same industry

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as car rental services may operate 24/7.

Reservation Management:

  • Receive reservation inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and enter the details accurately into the reservation system.

  • Check vehicle availability, terms and conditions to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicles based on their requirements and preferences.

  • Manage reservations, including modifications, cancellations, and extensions, while adhering to company policies.

 

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Resolve any issues or disputes related to reservations in a fair and efficient manner.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.

 

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, customer Data in the reservation system.

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on reservation activities, and customer feedback.

 

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, maintenance, and billing, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues affecting reservations.

  • Communicate and coordinate with external partners, such as travel agencies or corporate clients, to facilitate their reservation requirements.
